Trade Secrets

June 15-17, 2010



I am so thrilled to announce that our keynote speaker for Trade Secrets VIII -- the USOE Fine Arts-sponsored summer workshop for music teachers-- is going to be Kory Katseanes! His presentation will be Tuesday, June 15th at 10:30 AM. http://history.cfac.byu.edu/index.php/Kory_Katseanes. I am also thrilled to announce that Brian Crosby, Sam Tsugawa, John Findlay, Claudia Bigler, and Jane Nelson are our session planners.

Registration is free to all licensed Utah teachers currently employed in the public schools. The three-day workshop will be held at Ecker Hill Middle School, in Park City from 9 -3:45 daily, with registration beginning at 8:15 AM on Tuesday, the 15th. UMEA will be conducting a Town Hall Meeting on Wednesday, June 16th at 10:30 AM and the closing lunch will be at 1:30 PM on Thursday, the 17th.
